Worst service ever. I made an order on 28 July worth a pretty penny. The email I received did not provide a date on when I would receive my order despite ordering attires that were available and on stock based on their website. I received no response or acknowledgement on the email. On 8th August, 10 days after my order, they were still silent. I sent a message to one of their numbers provided on this website, and guess what?? they read my message and ignored me. I had to follow up and remind them that it was very rude. I sent my sister to the store to pick up the orders after several calls. They promised to deliver by a certain time but lo and behold, they didn't. This service in this store, online and instore is not it. If you value efficiency and good customer service, you won't get it here. Find another store. PS- I ignored the negative reviews on google and I regret. I will add my two cents on google.

The Yaya center Mall attendant was extremely helpful and friendly I got the dress I wanted from another branch though . I loved her (not sure if it was Yvonne or so )22nd March 2024 . I had to leave a review 💛🤗,thankyou girl

The dresses are of very good quality and the material are quite body friendly.

Honestly for a first timer, felt my first order was a waste of funds. Ordered two tops online both mediums, but one is too small for a medium while the other is too large for a medium, what guides your fitting. Nothing fits me from the order. Such a waste order no. 16107
